Add the following to an 8 oz spray bottle and shake before use:

DIY Mask Spray Mist
Dab your favorite essential oils on the side of your mask for energy, immune support, or stress.
If you prefer you can make a spray using a 2 oz spray bottle or a small mister like I learned from SheriSilver.com.
Basic 2 oz Bottle Recipe: Add 8-10 drops of essential oil, 3 tablespoons of witch hazel, and water to a 2 oz spray bottle.
Basic Mini Spritz Recipe: Add 4-6 drops essential oils, a splash of witch hazel, or water to a small mini spray bottle like these.
Note: Wash your mask after every use.
