Ruined the BoS, NCR, completely reconned New Vegas and ending of 4, the terrorist chick's back story doesn't make any sense, and the macguffin doesn't make sense on several levels. The ghoul and Lucy are the only redeeming characters and plot points. I'll give it a 4 for visuals, 3 for story (excluding recons and inaccuracies), 3 for character development, and a 1 for accuracy to source materials. Leaving it at about 3/5, which is very generous.
