USA 2024 Predictions
President Joe Biden will have a difficult path ahead the first quarter of 2024. This includes dealing with the economy, the Ukraine and the Israeli war, and opposition from the third-party candidates that are competing for the Presidential election. Biden’s poll numbers will be down; however, this changes mid-year when the President poll numbers go up in battle ground states, and he enters a more positive time.
The economy and stock market may face challenges at the beginning of the year but expect reasonable returns when the stock market bounces back when President Biden’s approval rate goes up in June. The United States could still suffer a mild recession in the Fall, but it would be short-lived.
The 2024 election year will be full of surprises. The likelihood of a Biden-Trump rematch though on the ballot remains to be seen. US Senator Joe Manchin, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. would take away votes from Biden gaining a second term but may help some Republican voters who are attracted to Kennedy’s policies. The matchup of Trump and Biden comes as the nation worries about the economy, crime, the sharp political divide, and the overseas wars. There is a strong possibility that voters will call for a new generation to lead America.
When the Democratic party formally nominates its candidate on August 22, 2024, for the presidential election in November, Joe Biden’s fitness for office and stamina will be questioned. The chances of Biden returning to the White House, remain even; however, in a year’s time, this could change. On or before that date, there is a distinct possibility that because of Biden’s age and health the Democratic party may decide either to keep the Biden/Harris ticket or ask President Biden to step aside and allow either Hillary Clinton Governor Newson, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, or another prominent Democrat to enter the race to replace him. Alternatively, the party may just choose Newson or Whitmer for the nominee for Vice-President. Either of these candidates on the Democratic ballot could prove to be the winning ticket for the Democratic party in the election.
The Democrats will try to repair their standing with Latino voters by opening a pathway to citizenship for the illegals who have been in US for years.
President Biden will work with the Republican party in Congress to get legislation done. The House of Representatives will continue to curb the Democrats spending.
The Biden administration will increase the supply of affordable housing for middle class families with a mix of state and local incentives. This will encourage local Governments to change zoning laws, expand, and improve federal financing for family developments.
There will be more border security agents, electronic and surveillance devices, cameras, and drones that are put in place to safeguard the US Border with Mexico.
President Trump will suffer minor health problems but continue to campaign. The polls will show him leading Joe Biden in most of all the swing States.
Americans appear willing to give Trump another chance at the White House despite all his legal woes, including voter discontent with Biden, while they acknowledge a lot can change between now and Election Day. President Trump may consider one of the following Republicans; Gov. Doug Burgum, JD Vance, Nikki Haley, Mike Pompeo, John Ratcliffe, Marjorie Taylor Green, Gov. Ron De Santis, or Sarah Huckabee Sanders, for his Vice President.
In the race for the White House, Trump will be challenged by his rivals, Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida, and Nikki Halley. They will project a better version of what the Republican party stands today. It will be a difficult year for the former President, despite his lawsuits, but Trump will retain favor with his Republican base, as their top candidate to win back the Oval office for his party.
Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida in his Republican presidential race to the White House will have the support of billionaire Elon Musk, which will position himself to enter the political arena in the future.
Republicans’ steps to ban abortion and to not allow States to codify reproductive freedom for women will cost Republicans some votes in the upcoming election, but if they keep their focus on the US economy / border crisis they will do well. There is a possibility if President Trumps criminal indictments go up, and he remains the nominee, it will affect the way some in his party would vote for him, and he would lose voters. The Republican party may decide then to either keep President Trump or ask him to step aside. As a result, Nikki Haley, or another well respected Republican, would replace Trump on the Republican ticket, and have a better chance of victory.
Russia, Iran, and China likely to engage in new electronic interference ahead of the 2024 US Presidential election.
The US electric grid could face greater reliability issues in 2024. Power shortages on the East Coast will target New York, North Carolina, and California.

Car free cities will spring up in USA with roads that have less cars, and more space for bicycles and pedestrians. New cities will be designed for people without cars. This will create more foot traffic which is better for shops and businesses. The city of Houston will create bike parks in the future.
There will be more demand for military aircraft bolstering the aerospace industry.
A bill that would make daylight saving time year-round will be passed.
A digital dollar in US is on the way with a pilot program. Private researchers are working on this to give the public a digital alternative to coins and banknotes.
Artificial intelligence technology will be used for more businesses to hike employee productivity and gain more efficiency. It will enhance rather than displace human workers, and a slew of new jobs will be created.

World 2024 Predictions
Foreign Secretary David Cameron will bring his years of experience in politics and open many doors for Prime Minister Rishi Sunak of England.
Cameron’s presence in the government will help Sunak pull his Cabinet back to the center. Together, they will build a strong and united team.
The economy in the United Kingdom will slow down, and a recession is likely. Despite Sunak reducing taxes, interest rates will remain high.
Long term growth will take place when these imbalances normalize, and the increase in wages for workers takes effect.

The next general election in England will be won by the Labour party.

The country still faces threats to its long-term growth prospects, due to the overbuilt property sector, and the banking sector’s worrisome debt. However, China will overcome this with a decent GDP growth.
China’s retailers will thrive in the fashion industry because of the fast-changing consumer taste in clothing, with corporations such as AliExpress, Tema and Shein doing well.
China’s one child policy will continue to offer incentives for couples to add to their family. This includes cash payouts or even making workplace promotions conditional on having a second child, as few younger people in China want to expand their families. Russia will launch a new offensive against Ukraine, with weapons provided by North Korea. Ukraine will retaliate. This will lead to future talks between the two countries. President Volodymyr Zelensky may consider a peace settlement if Ukraine does not have to give up its territory, and all Russian troops are removed from his country. Zelensky would insist Russia respect Ukraine’s sovereignty and upholds the UN Charter. If no agreement is reached, the USA and its allies will keep arming Ukraine. The ongoing war could result in a stalemate, with neither country winning the war, or if Ukraine doesn’t win and Russa prevails, then NATO would step in to save Ukraine.
Russia will launch an attack on Ukraine’s power grid in a repeat of similar attacks last year.
President Vladimir Putin will continue to rely on Nikolai Patrushev Sec. of Russia’s Security Council for expertise in the Russia/Ukraine war effort.
Norway and Estonia will close their borders with Russia to prevent Russia from sending migrants to its borders, in retaliation for them joining NATO.

California will still experience a high cost of living, an increase in gas prices and violent crimes in their state. However the State will vote to return the five Republicans,
Young Kim, David Valudao, Mike Garcia, Michelle Steele, and John Duarte back to the United States Congress.
The cost of climate change are forcing many California companies to re-evaluate parts of their investment portfolios that will include expanding investments into
Renewable energy, drought-resistant crops, and new climate solutions.
Gov. Gavin Newson will build housing and expand psychiatric and substance abuse treatment centers for the state’s homeless population.
